The Role of Agile User Stories: Don’t Miss to Check!

In an agile system, a user story is the smallest unit of work

It is an end goal, not a feature, articulated from the standpoint of the software user

A user story's objective is to communicate how a piece of work will provide a specific value to the client

User stories enable team members to cooperate on ways to better satisfy the demands of end users

There is a common overall format for user stories “As a (Who), I want (What) so that (Why)”

You can create great user stories by follow the criteria set by I.N.V.E.S.T which means

I - Independent N - Negotiable V - Valuable E - Estimable S - Small T - Testable

The 3 C’s of user stories are-

1. Card 2. Conversation 3. Confirmation
