A message to our Oct 6 PMP Course Participants –
To be successful in PMP Exam, understanding of Integration knowledge area is extremely critical.
Integration – Whole is better than some of it’s parts.
Below are some tips for success:
Develop Project Charter (13-16 questions)- Review Business Documents, understand “Need” is established even before project is initiated, and all and everything about project charter from PMBOK Guide.
Knowledge Management – Executing (4-5 Questions) -This process is new to PMBOK 6, so kindly pay close attention to this process.
Monitor and Control Project work (questions around the change request process are critical).
Request for change or additional work after baselining of project management plan warrants a documented request followed by impact assessment.
Close Project Phase / Close Project – Closing (12 Questions)
Please read Closing from PMBOK – Pages 113 -116 and 633 and 634 (very Important)
This chapter brings a lot of value and bear in mind Integration takes place from beginning to end. So please think of Integration as an iterative phase.
